Day 4 Master Cleanse
Morning weigh in 132. (So the salt water flush assisted with 3lb weight loss from day 3)
Made up fresh batch lemonade with 2 lemons all in the Pro Ninja Blender, filtered water and Madhava agave nectar with cinnamon and nutmeg variation to taste.
Drain the pulped lemonade and discarded the pulp/rind mash (will reuse when I figure a good use)
Took my usual supplements and off to work @ SPSCC SpinalCorrectionCenters
My evaluation so far is…this is a steep gradient for someone who has done no prior fasting or meditation.
Because, your addictions WILL kick in and show up as temptation to break the cleanse by sabotaging.
OK so I met my Master Cleanse mentor who added another piece of info about this cleanse.
To get the maximum benefit of the lemons, you must down the lemonade within 20 mins of making it.
SO I am prepared to modify my strategy now that I am actually already eased in and feeling good.
I initially used lemon juice concentrate as my ease-in (recommended)
Then I switched to organic lemons @70 cents each.
I just shopped at Winn Dixie on my way home (for my 4 hr lunch break) where I just got 25 lemons for $5.
Granted they are smaller than the bigger organic lemons but now I’ve got
my method in place (I have committed to the process by easing my way in) I am down for a big finish.
I am armed with liter sized water bottles and am practicing gulping 1 liter in one go (flush practice)
I will take my practiced 20 min nap by lying prone (face down) in the sunlight on my turtle floatie on the 88 degree pool, as I already have my base tan from the 15 minute daily minimum effective dose.
Then I can turn over for another 15 mins and do my ab exercises on the rocker floatie (I am practicing doing 80 all in one flow, but only doing 20 right now)
AND I can spend quality beingness time with my 11 yr old now that school is out and inspire her to take an honest look at her time management and food issues.
I chugged down all the next fresh batch of lemonade in one go on my way to work.
I have 3 hr shift and now I KNOW I have enough energy to get through it without feeling hungry.
So taking the nap after 4 hrs of awake time makes the cleanse even less stressful.
On waking I make up a third fresh batch of lemonade which will get me through the evening.
Easy peasy lemony squeezy (so THAT’S what that means!)
