Thai Massage AKA “Lazy Man’s Yoga”
* traditional format expanded from India
* intitially practiced by Buddhist monks and ayurvedic practitioners
* in Temples/centers for healing.
* “contact high” transmission from the close proximity to the master practitioner(s).
* Learning in the physical presence of a more experienced practitioner.
It’s lineage spans some 2500 years and is gaining modern popularity worldwide.
To counteract negative side effects of chemical medicine (and not forgetting increase continuing education tourism) the Thai government launched the Thai massage revival project in 1985.
With thanks to all my patient volunteers, I created a 15 minute sampler for my future clients to decide if this was something right for them.

Experience traditional Thai massage (Nuat Boran)
in Minimum Effective Dose (MED) (15 minute sampler)
Decide if Thai massage is right for you.
What to expect:
Safe for anyone of all ages.
You will wear comfortable stretch long pants and T shirt.
You will begin seated on a memory foam mat.
I sanitize your feet & hands as I go and set the meditative tone for the session (slow, strong and happy)
You will be passively (in meditative silence) moved through a precise & deliberate series of stretches & Sen pressure lines.
Palm/thumb pad pressure and slow Tai Chi like effective body mechanics bring about:
increased range of motion,
deep state of relaxation,
inner peace and harmony,
increased energy and blood flow.
I limit the number of complete 90 minute appointments to 2 per day.
If you derive benefit from 15 minute sampler (as defined by you),
you may be invited to schedule a complete Thai massage lasting 90 mins.
How do you know if the Thai massage is authentic?
Ask for the lineage of teacher to student transmission.
