6 heart virtues

Day 11 MC. Why go on?

Decided to continue with MC to a new frontier.

The 1st auric body/1st chakra: physical pain and pleasure and the automatic and autonomic functions of the body.
Detox cleans up this first chakra auric body.

The 2nd body/2nd chakra: emotional aspect of humans.
Longer term detox cleans up this body.

The 3rd body/3rd chakra: linear/left brain thinking.
Detox and meditation cleans up this body.

The 4th body/4th chakra of love: eros, platonic and unconditional.

The 5th body/5th chakra of divine will: communication (both divine and human).

The 6th body/6th chakra: celestial love.

The 7th body/7th chakra: higher self or mind.

Am I manipulating you or confessing?

Confession is admission

I haven’t met a human yet who isn’t manipulating in some way.
I think we give ourselves permission to manipulate without self examination.
Only when we develop a conscience, do we start to re-examine our actions.
We start to become aware that we are alive because we have successfully manipulated parent(s) to take care of us.
We can only separate from them when we know we can successfully manipulate others, if only for a while.
Somewhere in all that we forgot we were manipulating and start to take ourselves seriously.
We separate from other beings slowly over time until we bottom out. (feel maximum lonliness)
If that doesnt kill us, or land us in an institution, we start the inward journey of self recovery.
We start getting honest.
It’s painful.
So we need to have the ability to forgive ourselves and others because we really are all in this together.
Don’t be too judgmental about the manipulation of others, because they are just like us.
(Trying to survive, learning about life, feel lonely, want to be validated, appreciated, forgiven & understood)

Post Valor result

An interesting result from yesterdays Act Of Valor day. A natural state of humility ensues. Perhaps this comes from an emotional clearing of fear. The fear of confronting the domination at it’s source AS IT OCCURS.

To achieve liberation, one must be prepared to address ALL forms of domination.

Practice Acts of Valor

So. One of the 6 heart virtues, is Valor. When I first read about it, i didn’t know the “when-which-how” process to put it into action. I have committed acts of courage in my life but they weren’t deliberately planned. You could say they were random acts of self defense. Living defensively. That has accrued me a few extra years to figure out how to shift from LIVING DEFENSIVELY to LIVING DELIBERATELY. Deliberately practicing acts of valor is something new for me. Speaking truth to domination is my next step. Each time someone wants to dominate over me in a conversation I will practice the art of stopping them in their tracks and remind them that this is what they are doing. No one knows me enough to tell me what I should or should not be doing with my life. Unless I ask for advice, no one needs to give me any. And I don’t need to act as an advisor to anyone else either, unless through trackable virtuous acts, they have decided that maybe my POV might be helpful.

It will be a challenge to get through this day as I practice Acts of Valor.

May I extend the 6 heart virtues to each sentient being who enters my energy field today and recognize the source that is within them.

Tibetan Book of the Dead Utterances

May those who have left their physical body, navigate their way to a choice recovery or return to source.
If you experience any difficulty hearing this, let me know.
For those of you who have experienced a loss of any kind, feel free to play this on repeat as a form of environment “smudging” or psychic detox.
