Started Master Cleanse Oct 31.
The second MC is a lot easier.
I am feeling the calm, sooner.
First time out I was anticipating problems like running out of energy.
I haven’t felt hunger yet.
Yet when I was eating junk food I felt hungry more often.

I am ready to start the ease-off today with just breakfast and water meal replacements for rest of day.
I roughly weighed 1 liter of water – surprisingly it adds 1.8lbs instantly to your body weight.
So those people only using scales to evaluate the ROI of the cleanse have to be aware of water weight.
Upon waking 3/4 liter of water with a pinch of sea salt.
Breakfast: “ALIVE!” a liquid whole food energiser sold in the Vitamin SHoppe.
2 eggs, tablespoon of beans/greens with a pinch of sea salt & cayenne pepper.
Drank rest of 1 liter of water.
Within 15 mins i was going to bathroom to evacuate whatever was left in my colon (a few thread like fibers and a little solid matter)
Then, I did enough air squats to raise my heart rate – which happened to be 30.
On to rest of my day…..
Stuck to the polyphasic sleep schedule and did superfoods shop for the week, starting tomorrow.
“Day 11 ease out”
I did more air squats after another few spoons of greens and lemonade (more dilute this time)
I found I could do 4 sets of 10 to go further than just raising my heart rate.
I got enough energy to go for long walk and kept up my water.
On getting home I saw there were still some greens left over so down the hatch they went with a few little pollen grains.
SO much for just having water for the rest of the day!
I feel a little crampy rumbling in my stomach as this is the first ease out day.
I guess I have made a smooth transition to changing my diet for the rest of my life (with a weekly binge day – according to Tim Ferriss) Today I might have binged a little on greens. but that’s a good binge!
SO I have to do air squats each time I eat?
Left my four hour body book @ work so need to check that tomorrow.
It’s on autopilot now.
No fighting with the process.
This has been the best experience of my entire life.
I have a real grasp at the difference between socially enforced gorging vs. real hunger and dehydration vs. proper hydration.
It’s like coming to the end of a great book.
I feel a little sad that I will be ending the best cleanse of my life.
I want to help others who are too afraid or too embedded in a type 1, 2 or 3 (fear-based) belief system to take the Master Cleanse.
Wake up, sea salt flush, lemonade meal replacement, morning ADLs/activities, NAP, lemonade meal replacement, daily ADLs/activities, NAP, lemonade meal replacement, evening ADLs/activities, CORE SLEEP. repeat.
Result: Gone from drinking 1 liter to 5 liters of water a day. If I went back to 1 liter a day, I would probaly lose another 4 pounds from dehydration, but that is not my goal. My goal is to maintain the 5 liter optimal water flush for the rest of my life.
Feel: physical/emotional/spiritual clarity.
Notice: distinct change in body shape.
Routine: prepare sea salt glass night before.
Put liter of water bedside.
Upon waking add water to salt and drink like a “shot”
Flush down with rest of the liter of water.
DO morning routine (whatever that means for you)
Make up 1 liter of lemonade brew and drink all-at-once.
DO ADLS, morning activities (work or whatever that means for you)
Take 20 minute nap before making up lunch lemonade brew.
Make up 1 liter of lemonade brew and drink all-at-once.
DO ADLS, daily activities (work or whatever that means for you)
Take 20 minute nap before making up evening meal replacement lemonade brew.
DO ADLS, evening activities (recreation or whatever that means for you)
Drink 1 liter of water all-at-once.
GO to core sleep mode.
It’s routine for me now.
Wake up, do sea salt flush.
Wait an hour.
Make lemonade & drink it.
Expect colonic flush within half hour.
Go to work.
Take lunch nap.
Get minimum effective sun on both sides.
Make lemonade and drink.
Go to work.
Take evening nap.
Make lemonade & drink.
Go to fun evening activity.
Drink 1 liter of water.
Go to sleep for core sleep.
Now I am getting really confidant.
I got up 6am to take my dead sea salt flush.
First made the 2 teaspoons of salt in a small glass of water (room temperature)
Knocked it back (like a “shot”) followed by full liter of water (room temperature)
Went back to bed for a snooze to let the salt do it’s job.
Got up and made my fresh lemonade with 3 lemons, syrup and cayenne pepper.
Just the act of chugging it down intitiated the “flush”.
So now I really get the flush process.
It was quick and easy this time.
By day 6 I am now “chugging” 5 liters of water a day.
This is a huge change for me and not what I expected.
If you read earlier posts, I was barely able to drink a liter a day until I started practicing and realized the benefits.
No I am not peeing all day, but when I do it’s a flush.
At lunchtime i took 20 min nap before making the lemonade.
Chugged it down and went for minimum effective sun dose. (15 mins on each side)
Did 80 thigh adductions.
Made some more lemonade and back to work with a lot of energy.
Returned home. took 20 min nap.
Made lemonade for meal replacement (that’s how I now view it)
Drank it.
Went for fun family activity.
Sleepy @ 9pm.
Drank 1 liter of water.
Went to sleep.
Had deepest core sleep I’ve ever remembered having.
I’ve lost 3 lbs in 3 days (but with no toxic evacuation in sight)
The muffin bump I did have has noticeably been shaved down.
Downed the rest of yesterdays dead sea salt flush. 400mls.
That’s probably my minimum effective gulp limit.
I’m planning on stepping up my metabolism today by going to Treasure Island beach/fin swimming along the shore line.
OK so prepared my daily lemonade using the entire (minus seeds) lemon pulped up in the Pro Ninja Blender I got from Bed Bath & Beyond.
Added the agave nectar and this time opted for a flavor change – went for all spice.
On a taste test this is mega more potent than the blend I had for last 2 days.
So I’m definitely going with the whole lemons from now on.
I feel a rumbling in my colon from the salt flush about an hour after injesting.
Yes this is the evacuation day I’ve been warned about.
DO NOT DO SALT FLUSH unless you can stay home for several hours.
The rumbling turned into a volcano.
Later in the day took in movie with lemon peel nibblets as snack (X Men)
