Decided to continue with MC to a new frontier.

The 1st auric body/1st chakra: physical pain and pleasure and the automatic and autonomic functions of the body.
Detox cleans up this first chakra auric body.

The 2nd body/2nd chakra: emotional aspect of humans.
Longer term detox cleans up this body.

The 3rd body/3rd chakra: linear/left brain thinking.
Detox and meditation cleans up this body.

The 4th body/4th chakra of love: eros, platonic and unconditional.

 

 

 

 

The 5th body/5th chakra of divine will: communication (both divine and human).

The 6th body/6th chakra: celestial love.

The 7th body/7th chakra: higher self or mind.

Tinks favorite game is Hide and Seek

On day 7 of Master Cleanse I’m having a breakthrough.
The natural calm that comes is allowing me to address a common yet hidden problem.
My 4 planets in the 12th house insights are being illuminated.
Since schizoidal type patterns are rarely spotted in women and more common in inner city males, the area of research into effective therapies may be underfunded.
How can I help?
IN a culture that encourages passivity in women, schizoidal patterns may even be normalized by grandmothers wishing to hide from their own anxieties. They keep their kin close by in a form of emotional choke chain. The kin are mostly oblivious to her grip, especially the inner city boy.
Keeping gamps happy is the name of the game.
Gamps may be a secret drug user/smoker/drinker/OTC remedy user. Cute as a button and cunning as a hyena.
Gamps may be replaced by any female guardian, including the young single mother with a son living in the less advantaged locations of a city.

If only you COULD ask her how HER mother is doing…

My pet is reflecting to me the personality.
So cute you want to go over and touch her, but her snap is ready when you least expect it.
So don’t wave a finger in front of her snout, she will find that intrusive and act accordingly.
She may run up to you in a tease that she wants to interact, but the minute you do, she will run to her den and hide.
Her favorite game is HIDE AND SEEK.

Day 3 Master Cleanse (MC)

Started Master Cleanse Oct 31.
The second MC is a lot easier.
I am feeling the calm, sooner.
First time out I was anticipating problems like running out of energy.
I haven’t felt hunger yet.
Yet when I was eating junk food I felt hungry more often.

Kettlebell day 17

A surprising result from the Kettlebell usage.
Marked increase in stamina and appetite.
I see where Timothy Ferriss integrated it with air squats to become an efficient fuel burner.
I since took up playing electric violin with a surprising amount of ease.
So my new hobby has taken a parallell track with the kettlebell.

12 Steps in 12 days: Step 1: Admit

So, I am working my way through Fr. Thomas Keating’s book “Divine Therapy”
Step 1: I am powerless over _____X_______ and my life has become unmanageable.
Where X is:
something in my personality development that I cannot see that has led me to this moment.
Where I can accept that I can really look at my life now and see what areas I have not taken on board.
I have made a huge stride forward to this moment by choosing to live on my own.
Whatever goodness has come my way, is now visible to me as the fruits of my labor.
What has rendered me powerless is my gradual willingness to let go of ego centered striving.
I can attribute this to a long run of trial and error and reading good books.
I know that I did not get my own way as a child and that has led me to a nagging frustration in life that I have compounded over time.
I have had grand delusions that if people only knew how smart I was……they would treat me differently.
All the time, I never nurtured myself except minimally.
I learned how to dodge, avoid and run from my shadow self. The part of me that I had no process to process.
I’m getting better now, partly because aging does seem to mellow out the rough edges of one’s personality.
Decades of experiences gives you something tangible to reflect on.
So, had I done absolutely nothing remarkable in my life, could I be at the same point anyway?
According to Ken Wilber, no. I would be even more retarded than I am today.
According to his research, the one practice that bumps everyone up a few stages is incorporating a contemplative practice twice a day for 20 mins. SO that’s what I am doing. I either take a 20 min nap or 20 min meditation twice a day.
What results am I expecting to see?
I think if the flow of the steps are perfectly designed, I would naturally flow into
Step 2. starts tomorrow….

Getting off the Serpent ride

When we encounter a surprising/upsetting/unusual/chaotic event,
we can select which of the 6 heart virues to emanate instead of resorting the reaction serpent of the personality.

Photonic Contact

Contemplate:
Photonic contact is closer than a heartbeat.
The teacher you seek is closer than you think.
Most mental activity is an egocentric attempt at detox.
It is within matter energy space time that polarity exists.
Disease arises from toxic minds.
Toxic minds perpetuate vicious cycles.
Personality disorders can be found alongside emotional immaturity.
The cure for stress is to widen back into awareness.
The “When-which-how” (viral positive) practice leaves an energetic transmission that acts like a homing device.
