Ok so what’s next for me is get familiar with some friendly bacteria that healthy lean people tend to have more of in their gut.
Bacteroidetes are the ones we need to promote through fermented foods and probiotics.
So my next assignment is to go to the Vitamin Shoppe and explore something that I am willing to take every morning to put the friendly stuff back in.
Firmicutes are the ones we want to minimize, that obese people have an overload of.

Day 25 Lifestyle ReDesign

Someone said it takes 6 weeks to break a habit (42 days) so I will keep up with this blog for at least 17 more days and see what habit(s) I have broken.
I am getting close to target body fat so went on hunt for my next piece of exercise equipment.
Found this portable pilates kit.

Looks like it could work for me.
Stand up workout between clients and lie down exercise for on table clients.

I ate some canned sardines yesterday. Does this mean I have so far not eaten any slaughtered sentient animal meat.
What decides if a creature is sentient? Does it have to be aware of dread for it’s survival?
Does Kale or Collard have any self awareness? Does it know it’s being selected

Day 23 of Lifestyle Redesign

So I am tracking as Timothy Ferriss highly recommends in 4 Hour Work Week (4HWW)
I haven’t gone so far as to take measurements and post pictures.
This is considered day 23 of my Lifestyle Redesign, because I took Day 1 of the Master Cleanse as the starting point for my new adventure as an individual.
Timothy Ferriss is big on making it easy to accomplish goals by using canned and frozen foods where food prep is time consuming/not convenient.
So I made a canned salmon/black bean hummus by popping it all in the Ninja Pro Blender.
I will flavor it as I go.
Turmeric is still keeping my interest so until I get bored with that, I will stick to it.
I am allowed one binge day but to be honest I don’t feel like doing it.
I walk around the grocery store alarmed at how much junk processed food is placed in our face.
Having learned the Maximised Living Model, I can see how making your body acidic will lead to preventable disease.
Adding all that convenience food, soda, grains, sugar, genetically modified dairy and drugged up protein sources makes humans sickly. You can see how sickly a person already is by the amount of body fat that is suffocating their organs, and their body posture/gait. Acidity leaches out calcium from bones so you have goutish bodies slumping around filling up grocery carts with “10 for 10″ and “Buy one get one free” deals.

Ease-out Day 11 Master Cleanse

Since I started the Raw Meal Food Replacement I have had no craving to eat meat or snack between meals and my energy feels even for the 4 Hour activity/shift before my 20 minute nap.
I am looking at every meal to see more green food.
In the 4 Hour Body, Timothy Ferriss suggests a Minimum Effective Dose of garlic/allicin supplement which I got from The Vitamin Shoppe.
While I was there I saw a product that I just had to try.

It’s an interesting idea to rub on targeted areas to increase blood flow during a workout.
The goal is to step up my metabolism a little more so I can really go for that lean core.
I will know when my body fat is where I want it to be, based on the visuals Timothy Ferriss offers in his book.
I weigh 126lbs this morning so it’s working.
I still do the air squats and have now introduced the ice pack on shoulders throughout the day.

Ease-out Day 8 Master Cleanse

The easing out process may take a little longer than you might expect.
This is day 8 after the 10 day cleanse.
I am sticking to vegetarian ease out with Raw Meal blend and still adjusting to digestion with better nutrition than I’ve ever had.
I am still integrating the air squats but don’t have it down on full autopilot yet.
I can see a difference in overall lower torso toning from just doing the air squats.
It raises your heart rate fast so don’t overdo it.
Or until the first burn whichever comes first.
60-90 secs only before eating and 90 mins after your meal.
Ive lost a total of 10 lbs. I am already at my target weight so now I am on maintenance program.

Started reading a few chapters of "The Dohrman Prophecy"
Went grocery shopping to Natures Finest for my new lifestyle nutritional shift.
AFTER a 10 minute exploration of the protein options I selected Garden of Life Raw Meal Organic (Vegan) meal replacement.
It boasts 26 superfoods, 20 vitamins, 34g protein, 9g fiber, live probiotics and enzymes.
Raw, vegan, gluten & dairy free.
This will probably be my breakfast to go if I don't want the eggs and beans/greens breakfast.

So after 4 hrs of quality awake time I returned to my base for 20 min nap.
When I weighed in I was 129.
SO I can see my metabolism is getting a boost.
Now for the decision about where to get my calories/nutrition for the next 4 hrs...
I had to taste the bee pollen (OMG super delicious after a Master Cleanse!)
I don't like wasting good food so I might just finish up the greens I had cooked for breakfast.
I am using the Four Hour Body book as my reference material but having fun tailoring my own needs/preferences.
Whatever I do eat I will follow through with airsquats until my heart rate goes up.

Washed it down with a cold 1 lemon lemonade sweetened with 1/2 teaspoon of B Sweet by Boresha liberato.
To do my air squats I put on my eye bucky from Bed Bath & Beyond so I could concentrate on feeling the muscles work deliberately.

This time I did 10x4 air squats. (put on music to get a rhythm - Garbage "Push It")
For someone coming off a Master Cleanse, everything tastes so intense!
I took 2 of the Metabolic Advantage capsules as I plan on doing something physical this evening - like a long walk/swim or bike ride.
It's important to readjust with the new nutritional plan in place.
Timothy Ferriss suggests tracking everything you do so you can evaluate the ROI.
This is where having a blog comes in handy.

My goal is to lose a little more body fat and gain muscle mass.
