The tool

Ok. So it took me a while to find what I was looking for.
First I meditated (to still the mind)
Then I created the Primary (I have the tool to help people)
Then I went about my day, integrating reading (to feed the mind and soul)
After several weeks I have the answer.
Integral Life Practice.
This is the tool that will help each person evolve.
When someone triggers us it’s a lesson from your higher self to evolve.
You diplomatically inform the trigger.
The trigger can integrate WITH you OR take their triggers to the next person waiting to be woken up.
Here are the 12 core values of integrally informed grown ups.

12 Core Values of Integral Relationship Evolutionaries:

  1. We choose to love, instead of something that happens to us or that we attract.
  2. We see the depth of our heart and soul connection as well as the level of humility and devotion to our relationship as an indicator of our psychological health and spiritual realization.
  3. We transcend our primary fantasy and base our relationship in Being values, versus material, sexual, or emotional neediness.
  4. We use our relationship for ongoing mutual learning, healing, growth and awakening towards the capacity to love unconditionally.

Day 11 MC. Why go on?

Decided to continue with MC to a new frontier.

The 1st auric body/1st chakra: physical pain and pleasure and the automatic and autonomic functions of the body.
Detox cleans up this first chakra auric body.

The 2nd body/2nd chakra: emotional aspect of humans.
Longer term detox cleans up this body.

The 3rd body/3rd chakra: linear/left brain thinking.
Detox and meditation cleans up this body.

The 4th body/4th chakra of love: eros, platonic and unconditional.

 

 

 

 

The 5th body/5th chakra of divine will: communication (both divine and human).

The 6th body/6th chakra: celestial love.

Day 3 Master Cleanse (MC)

Started Master Cleanse Oct 31.
The second MC is a lot easier.
I am feeling the calm, sooner.
First time out I was anticipating problems like running out of energy.
I haven’t felt hunger yet.
Yet when I was eating junk food I felt hungry more often.

Kettlebell day 17

A surprising result from the Kettlebell usage.
Marked increase in stamina and appetite.
I see where Timothy Ferriss integrated it with air squats to become an efficient fuel burner.
I since took up playing electric violin with a surprising amount of ease.
So my new hobby has taken a parallell track with the kettlebell.

Cross Training

This is after week one of violin practice. Ken Wilber recommends cross training to improve performance vertically and horizontally.

SO I am integrating kettlebells, pilates, meditation, violin practice, scheduled naps, phytoloading with weekly body treatments.
With the violin, a minimum practice is about an hour or until the fingertips start burning.

12 Steps in 12 days: Step 1: Admit

So, I am working my way through Fr. Thomas Keating’s book “Divine Therapy”
Step 1: I am powerless over _____X_______ and my life has become unmanageable.
Where X is:
something in my personality development that I cannot see that has led me to this moment.
Where I can accept that I can really look at my life now and see what areas I have not taken on board.
I have made a huge stride forward to this moment by choosing to live on my own.
Whatever goodness has come my way, is now visible to me as the fruits of my labor.
What has rendered me powerless is my gradual willingness to let go of ego centered striving.
I can attribute this to a long run of trial and error and reading good books.
I know that I did not get my own way as a child and that has led me to a nagging frustration in life that I have compounded over time.
I have had grand delusions that if people only knew how smart I was……they would treat me differently.
All the time, I never nurtured myself except minimally.
I learned how to dodge, avoid and run from my shadow self. The part of me that I had no process to process.
I’m getting better now, partly because aging does seem to mellow out the rough edges of one’s personality.
Decades of experiences gives you something tangible to reflect on.
So, had I done absolutely nothing remarkable in my life, could I be at the same point anyway?
According to Ken Wilber, no. I would be even more retarded than I am today.
According to his research, the one practice that bumps everyone up a few stages is incorporating a contemplative practice twice a day for 20 mins. SO that’s what I am doing. I either take a 20 min nap or 20 min meditation twice a day.
What results am I expecting to see?
I think if the flow of the steps are perfectly designed, I would naturally flow into
Step 2. starts tomorrow….

DAY 22? return of the inner slug

Ew. Just when I was getting my exercise stride back from last month, bloat is back on the blog table.

I can feel the rise in progesterone as a slow creeping slug whispering to me that chocolate cake and a 2 hour nap is a perfect date.
My 11 yr old daughter is in empathy with my cycle as she is also hearing the call of the inner fast carb binge.
What would Tim Ferriss do?
He would say binge all you can eat for a day and enjoy the purge when it comes.
Master Cleansers might say, take a sea salt flush and go back onto lemonade for a week and enjoy nature’s detox.
