As it gains experiences it can make increasingly more selective decisions that contributes to being an evolving conduit of the unification force.
Some people can open up their DNA to new innovations and receive new information.

So I am tracking as Timothy Ferriss highly recommends in 4 Hour Work Week (4HWW)
I haven’t gone so far as to take measurements and post pictures.
This is considered day 23 of my Lifestyle Redesign, because I took Day 1 of the Master Cleanse as the starting point for my new adventure as an individual.
Timothy Ferriss is big on making it easy to accomplish goals by using canned and frozen foods where food prep is time consuming/not convenient.
So I made a canned salmon/black bean hummus by popping it all in the Ninja Pro Blender.
I will flavor it as I go.
Turmeric is still keeping my interest so until I get bored with that, I will stick to it.
I am allowed one binge day but to be honest I don’t feel like doing it.
I walk around the grocery store alarmed at how much junk processed food is placed in our face.
Having learned the Maximised Living Model, I can see how making your body acidic will lead to preventable disease.
Adding all that convenience food, soda, grains, sugar, genetically modified dairy and drugged up protein sources makes humans sickly. You can see how sickly a person already is by the amount of body fat that is suffocating their organs, and their body posture/gait. Acidity leaches out calcium from bones so you have goutish bodies slumping around filling up grocery carts with “10 for 10″ and “Buy one get one free” deals.

60-90 seconds of moderate muscle contractions before & after “pigging out”, may be the MED (minimum effective dose) for redirecting binge induced insulin release.
So that fuel (glucose) IS siphoned over to muscles.
Recommended moderate muscle contractions – air squats, wall tricep extensions, isometrics or something similar. (be creative)

Started reading a few chapters of "The Dohrman Prophecy"
Went grocery shopping to Natures Finest for my new lifestyle nutritional shift.
AFTER a 10 minute exploration of the protein options I selected Garden of Life Raw Meal Organic (Vegan) meal replacement.

I don't like wasting good food so I might just finish up the greens I had cooked for breakfast.
I am using the Four Hour Body book as my reference material but having fun tailoring my own needs/preferences.
Whatever I do eat I will follow through with airsquats until my heart rate goes up.

To do my air squats I put on my eye bucky from Bed Bath & Beyond so I could concentrate on feeling the muscles work deliberately.
This time I did 10x4 air squats. (put on music to get a rhythm - Garbage "Push It")
For someone coming off a Master Cleanse, everything tastes so intense!
I took 2 of the Metabolic Advantage capsules as I plan on doing something physical this evening - like a long walk/swim or bike ride.
It's important to readjust with the new nutritional plan in place.
Timothy Ferriss suggests tracking everything you do so you can evaluate the ROI.
This is where having a blog comes in handy.
My goal is to lose a little more body fat and gain muscle mass.
On the Master Cleanse, the tipping point came when I realized the stumbling block to my success was the lack of measurement of the amount of water I could drink all-at-once. Now that it is measurable, I no longer fight against it.
Another tipping point, was learning how to put mundane have-to’s on automatic.
Like the activity/nap/gulp/flush momentum.
Day 11 of the ease-out of the Master Cleanse involves integrating the superfood meal replacement instead of the lemonade.
And deciding which day will be my deliberate binge day to suit my lifestyle by design.
